ARRIVAL TIME: 6:45am. Warm up session: 7:00-7:20 WST in lanes 1, 2, 3 Sprints at 7:50

We are the host club for the entire LBSL – Thank you in advance for your support in making this a great event for all our younger swimmers!!
If your child is registered for the meet, please expect to participate in the volunteering positions. **Older swimmers and siblings are encouraged to volunteer at the younger swimmer session. Volunteer letters will be provided for anyone that needs them for service hours.**

Arrival: 5:00pm Warm Up time: 5:10pm lane 6 sprints all lanes at 5:40
Meet Start: 6:00pm (est. end time 8:15pm)

Please see attached psych sheet for tomorrow finals – they will not have programs for the meet tomorrow evening so use the attached to know what your swimmer is swimming. If your swimmer is in finals, please plan to work a portion of the meet tomorrow evening. We are still waiting for worker schedule
