ALL swimmers will be checked in and given a bracelet if their volunteer has been paid. No swimmer will be permitted in the pool unless their volunteer fee has been paid.

For new families and those that have recently registered, please review our website for all recent posts (it runs like a blog).  You can also access the Parent Handbook and the New Parent / New Swimmer Resource Center for information.
In order to avoid lengthy emails, all information that has been sent via email over the last 2 months is on our website.

Registration – only a few spots left in younger age groups. Important Note: If you were a Dragon last season and you have not registered and you find your age group is full, please reach out to us at Dragonsreg@gmail.com.

WST Suit Purchasing Information:
We’re encouraging all of our swimmers to visit Mike and his staff at Personal Best before June 11th. They are going to place one group order for us to ensure that we have our suits in time for our Cold Water Classic event. The staff there is great! Team suits run very differently from traditional suits, and they are wonderful at making sure the suits fit properly.
If you are an experienced swim parent and know your swimmers’ sizes, you can also call the store and place your order over the phone. All of their contact information is below.

IMPORTANT team needs:
Please consider volunteering for one of these spots.
A brief description is included and more information can be found in the WST Handbook.
Note: Volunteer positions count toward Meet Volunteer Requirement requirement only if they occur during a swim meet; ie: table worker, stroke and turn, etc..
  •  Stroke & Turn / Starter Officials needed! –VACANT (4)
Stroke & Turn Judges (Must be LBSL certified) The Lower Bucks Swim League will provide free training (short 1.5 – 2 hour session with videos) Dates and locations TBD
– Stroke and turn judges will stand at the corners of the pool and will monitor the swimmer’s strokes- making sure that every swimmer is swimming legally. If a stroke violation occurs, these judges will raise their hand, and alert the referee of the infraction and fill out a DQ slip.  After 4 years of Stroke and Turn you are eligible to be Starter Referee.
Summer swim is very laid back and this is a fun way for newer parents to learn and understand all the strokes. Please consider assisting the team in this capacity!
If you have already registered and are interested in volunteering for Stroke and Turn or you have questions before “diving in” please email  Dragonsreg@gmail.com to help answer questions.
  • Table Workers (3) – Records/Scoring –VACANT (3)

Scoring Table/Computer Entry: (Home and Away Meets)

Organizes timing slips, place judge cards, and officials’ disqualification slips for proper scoring of the meet.
Audits any events in which “place judges” disagree.
Inputs times and placement into the computer. Checks records.
This job requires you to work the entire meet at the table.
Training is required and will be offered.
Ideally we would like enough trained volunteers that working every meet would not be necessary.
